OUR voice serves as an anchor in the present, a means to communicate intentions,songs and stories . The voice is a journey revealing the landscapes of our inner selves.

Self Care for Caregivers

—A Collective Practice

A dedicated space to pause, reconnect, and restore — both individually and as a group.

This is an opportunity to step out of the demands of daily work and enter a shared environment of presence, where self-care and collective care naturally support each other. Through this regular practice, we cultivate not only personal well-being, but also a sense of connection, trust, and resonance within the group.

 

HOW

We meet regularly for 1 hour and 15 minutes to create a space where individual regulation and collective harmony can emerge together.

Through a blend of body-based and voice-centered practices, we will:

Work with elements of Naad Yoga (yoga of sound), using breath and voice as tools for self-connection and collective resonance

Practice somatic movement and meditation to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and inner balance

Explore gentle techniques for emotional release and restoration, supporting patterns of relaxation, activation, and rest

Use sound, chant, and vocal expression to connect with different emotional and energetic states

Create moments of shared listening and presence that strengthen a sense of community within the group

This space is not about performance, but about attunement — with oneself and with others.

 

WHY THIS MATTERS

When people who share a work environment take time to pause together, something essential shifts.

The collective space becomes a source of support: regulation deepens, communication softens, and a sense of trust and belonging can grow. This, in turn, nurtures each individual’s capacity to be present, grounded, and resourced — both within the group and in their work with others.


 

WHO

This format is designed for existing groups or teams who wish to integrate regular moments of self-care, connection, and collective restoration into their shared rhythm.

No previous experience with voice or movement is needed.


 

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Duration: 1h 15 min per session

Frequency: can be adapted (e.g. monthly or weekly)

Language: English, Spanish, or German — depending on the group


 


 

Embodied Voice Culture: Cultivate the Voice

1:1 Sessions/ 60 min.

Discover a voice practice that connects body, breath, and sound through the cycles of growth. 
In these personalized 1:1 sessions, you’ll be guided to clear blockages, set intentions, nurture your voice, and celebrate its growth .

Drawing from somatic movement, nada yoga, and vocal techniques, these sessions create space for deep self-expression and practical voice development. 

Whether you sing, speak, or explore your vocal potential, each session is an opportunity to cultivate the voice as you would a garden.


 

Reset

1:1 Sessions/ 50 min./ 75 min.

In an overstimulated world, finding deep relaxation is more essential than ever. These personalized sessions provide a sanctuary for slowing down and reconnecting with a calm, grounded sense of being. 

Reset focuses entirely on soothing the nervous system and guiding you toward regeneration and inner peace. 

Using techniques like somatic movement, breath work, meditation, and yoga of sound, you’ll enter a state of deep rest, allowing your body, mind, and soul to heal and restore. Each session is uniquely designed to meet your needs, helping you rediscover your natural rhythms of activation and ease.

 

Narrative Practices

1:1 Sessions / 75 min.

Engage in conversations guided by maps that explore the diverse territories of your being, helping you align with your values and aspirations.

 Narrative practices recognize that each individual is the expert of their own life. These conversations serve as a powerful tool for illuminating aspects of yourself that may have previously been out of reach. They provide new perspectives and insights, fostering personal realignment and discovery.

For instance, through these dialogues, you may gain clarity and understanding during pivotal moments, such as navigating the complexities of grief or facing health crises. 

By reflecting on your experiences and stories, you can uncover opportunities for growth and transformation, allowing you to sail your life’s journey with renewed wisdom and purpose.

Mayan Life Wave Reading

1:1 Unique Session / 2 hours

For thousands of years, cultures have gazed toward the sky to learn from its patterns and align themselves with the elements, seeking balance in their relationship with life and the universe. 

The Mayan civilization uncovered an intricate order within time and space, offering insights that can illuminate our spiritual lineage and broaden our understanding of our life’s path.

In Mayan wisdom, the date of your birth reveals profound information about your journey, including your soul’s purpose, challenges, strengths, and unique gifts. It also sheds light on the teachings you are likely to encounter during this lifetime.

I feel fortunate to carry this beautiful knowledge, and while I believe there is no fixed path that generalizes our unique human experiences, I have been continually amazed by how the timeless metaphors carved in stone over 2,000 years ago still resonate with powerful messages. These insights can guide us, helping to illuminate our paths and connect us with the wisdom of those who came before us.


 

At HOME

Reclaiming Safety and Belonging

For many, the feeling of “home” can be elusive—particularly for those who have experienced migration, cultural displacement, or a sense of otherness in their environment. This workshop series offers a nurturing space to reconnect with the body as a sanctuary, where home is not tied to geography or circumstance, but to the experience of connection with oneself and thus , with others.

Through somatic movement, yoga of sound, medicine song and narrative practices, participants will explore ways to anchor themselves in their body, cultivate a sense of safety, and reframe their stories of belonging. The workshop also fosters connection within a diverse community, honoring the shared struggles and triumphs of finding “home” across cultures, histories, and personal experiences.

Objectives

1. Support migrants and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds in reconnecting with their bodies as safe, nurturing spaces.

2. Foster a sense of belonging and community within a supportive group environment.

3. Explore how personal narratives, ancestral wisdom, and embodied practices can contribute to reclaiming a sense of home.

4. Empower participants to navigate their present circumstances with resilience, clarity, and self-compassion.

5. Celebrate cultural diversity through shared experiences of movement, voice, and storytelling.


 

This workshop is particularly designed for:

• Migrants and international students who may struggle with a sense of belonging.

• People navigating cultural displacement or transitioning into new environments.

 


 

Embodying Freedom

Reclaiming Your Voice and your Body

For many of us, our relationship with our bodies has been shaped by systems of oppression, colonial narratives, and societal expectations that leave us feeling disconnected, unworthy, or burdened by shame.

Grounded in personal experience and informed by a narrative practices, breath and voice work , and somatic movement, this workshop holds space for deep individual healing as well as the transformative potential of collective care.

 

This workshop is designed for those:

• Seek healing from internalized oppression and self-doubt.

• Wish to cultivate a loving, intimate relationship with their bodies.

• Feel drawn to practices that nurture peace and connection without relying on external validation or demands for performance.

It is a space to explore how the personal work of making peace with one’s body can hold a quiet yet profound political and cultural impact—transforming how we see ourselves, relate to others, and reclaim our place in the world.

This workshop is an invitation to make peace with our bodies and histories,  rediscovering our innate freedom and cultivate a loving relationship with our bodies  and voices. 

It offers tools and practices to gently dismantle internalized oppression, reclaim the body as a source of wisdom and power, fostering self-celebration, agency and authentic expression.
